The Grove Foundation
The Grove Foundation, the family foundation of Andy and Eva Grove,
was created in 1986. The Foundation supports programs focused on career
training for high school students and adults, medical research, women's
health, and other areas in which the family has an interest. The foundation
does not accept unsolicited proposals.
The Grove Scholarship Program
The Grove Foundation started the School-to-Career scholarship Program
in 1998 in order to give students with a focused career goal the opportunity to achieve their potential. The Groves
believe strongly in bestowing honor and prestige upon computer technicians,
automotive technicians, nurses, chefs, accountants and individuals pursuing
technical or varied career paths that can be advanced through a community
college or a technical training program. Today, eight high schools and four colleges in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties participate in the program.
